Sectional and point repairs will prevent larger and far more costly problems from developing in sewer and industrial pipes. Typical pipe patch repair issues we handle include longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks, radial cracks, broken fragments, root penetration, joint offsets, and separated joints.
For repairs involving shorter, more isolated sections of pipe, we have several possible no-dig pipe patch solutions, including:
Flexible sleeves. Flexible, inflatable fiberglass sleeves require only 20-40 minutes to cure, and water can continually flow through the pipe as the repair is being made. This is often the best option for sewers, storm lines and pressure pipes for liquid and gas effluents.
Mechanical sleeves. The stainless steel pipe with rubber compression sealing, manufactured by Pipe-Robo-Tec USA®, is designed with a unique locking system that doesn’t slip or break the seal. It is compatible with potable water, process water, wastewater, salt water, and fuel and gas lines.
Sectional CIPP. CIPP (cured-in-place-pipe) is an excellent pipe patch repair option that is also widely used for larger scale repairs. The result is a durable, long lasting sectional or point repair utilizing a short pipe liner.
Since every pipe patch repair is unique, we begin by capturing images and/or taking video to give you an estimate on the most appropriate option. If our CIPP point repair services won't be a good fit, we'll tell you and work to find a better solution to meet your needs.
